The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the shower was fantastic-seriously, I had the best night's sleep on that comfortable bed. The hotel's location is a dream, nestled in the West End, making it super easy to explore the nearby shops and restaurants after a lovely afternoon tea at the Omega Lounge Bar. The friendly staff really made me feel at home, and I can't recommend this place enough for anyone visiting London!
